A few terms for using Blank.

About these terms

Joshua Tonga, the maker of Blank at TinyInternet, provides the app and website. These terms apply when you use Blank. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or have the permission and supervision required by the law that applies to you.

The Privacy policy explains data handling. Nothing here limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to hello@tinyinternet.dev.

Try three documents free

The trial includes all editing features and three distinct workspace documents, without a watermark or payment card. A document uses an allowance on its first successful export; corrections and repeat exports of that workspace entry remain free. Failed and canceled exports do not count.

The built-in sample is exempt unless you add external pages or images. Removing an entry does not restore an allowance, and importing another copy creates a new entry. After the allowance is used, importing, editing, and saving drafts remain available; exporting a new document requires Pro.

Your Blank Pro license

A Pro purchase provides a non-exclusive license to use Blank for your own personal or business work on up to two active Macs. It unlocks unlimited PDF exports and includes all Blank 1.x updates. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A future major upgrade may be offered as a separate, optional purchase.

Keep your license key private. Use Settings → License to activate or deactivate a Mac before moving its activation. Contact Support if the old Mac is unavailable. A license grants use of the software; it does not transfer ownership of Blank or permit reselling or publicly sharing a key.

Initial activation requires internet access. Blank checks licenses online and permits paid use offline for up to 30 days after a successful check. An invalid or revoked license can lose Pro access; existing documents, drafts, and any remaining trial allowance stay available.

Purchases and refunds

Dodo Payments handles hosted checkout and sends the receipt and license key. Review the final price, currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms before confirming a purchase. A displayed offer does not enable purchasing before checkout becomes available.

For a billing problem or refund request, email hello@tinyinternet.dev with the purchase email and order reference. Do not send payment-card details or your full license key. We will review the request alongside the applicable purchase terms and consumer law; these terms do not remove statutory refund rights. A refunded or reversed purchase may have its license revoked.

Your documents and output

You retain your rights to your documents, answers, and signatures. Only use content you have permission to edit or sign. Blank processes documents locally, and you are responsible for keeping backups of important originals and exports.

Review detected fields, autofill, page order, signatures, and the exported PDF before submitting it. Detection and conversion may be imperfect. Blank places visual signatures; it does not provide certificate-based digital signatures, verify a signer’s identity, or guarantee that a recipient will accept a document.

Some PDF types and restrictions are unsupported or read-only. Blank does not execute embedded PDF scripts or preserve their automatic calculations and validation in exported copies. An export from a password-unlocked document is not password protected. Check that the output meets your needs and the recipient’s requirements.

Responsible use

Do not use Blank unlawfully, impersonate a signer, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious files, interfere with the website or licensing service, or bypass license or trial limits. Do not redistribute the app as your own or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Availability and changes

Blank requires a compatible Mac and macOS version; current requirements are shown on the website. Online checkout, licensing, downloads, and updates depend on connectivity and service providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every PDF, or support for future operating systems indefinitely.

We may update the app and these terms, or restrict misuse of online services, subject to existing purchase obligations and applicable law. The updated date will change and additional notice will be provided where required. You can stop using Blank at any time; save the local files you need before removing it.
