I built Blank around a simple idea: filling out a form should be a small task. You should be able to find the fields, reuse your details, add a signature, and export a finished copy.

Built around your Mac.

Your documents, saved profile, and reusable signatures stay on your Mac. Blank keeps its own working copy and saves your edits as a draft, so the original PDF stays untouched.

Existing PDF fields are ready to fill. For scans and flat forms, Blank suggests likely fields using local recognition. You can review those suggestions, add text or checkmarks yourself, and draw, type, or import a signature.

It also lets you add supporting PDF or image pages, arrange them, and export an editable or flattened copy. The aim is to get a form finished and ready to send.

Blank’s trial includes three documents, all features, and no watermark. A document counts when you first export it; edits and repeat exports of that saved document stay available.

Blank Pro is a one-time purchase for unlimited exports on two Macs, including all Blank 1.x updates. There’s no subscription or Blank account. Paid use needs online activation and periodic license checks.

Your work is yours.

Blank doesn’t upload your PDFs for form detection or use them for product analytics. Optional usage analytics is off until you choose to allow it. The website and app each have their own preference.
